Accessorize! Accessorize!

I want to begin by saying Happy Halloween!

Almost anything can be an accessory, from your hat and jewelry to your scarf and hairstyle. I love accessorizing my outfits, mainly because it can dress a simple outfit up or down. And it can add drama to an already dramatic outfit. It allows you to be more risky with the accessories you choose especially, if you don’t particularly want to make risky clothing choices. In middle school, I totally had a scarf phase. I had about 12 scarves that I would change up for the fall and winter. I became obsessed with shoes in middle school and in high school I started to really try new hairstyles. In the later half of high school, I began to really get into bags like totes and wrist-lets. All along, I have always loved accessorizing with gold jewelry; after all, I’ve been wearing gold jewelry my whole life.

One of my fashion inspos, Kelsey Simone, posted a really awesome video about how she accessorizes and where she gets her accessories from. I was inspired by the video and bought a choker from the store she recommended in an attempt to increase my choker collection from just one. Currently my accessories obsessions are hats (specifically dad hats or caps)and gold jewelry (especially rings, earrings and chokers).
